Gemma is the flute and music survey Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, French and English, she has more than 10 years of experience as flute instructor. Currently on leave of absence, she is flute faculty at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música “Guitarrista José Tomás” in Alicante (Spain) from 2008.
Gemma teaches both flute and traverso. She has experience with all levels, teaching children from 6 years old through adults. If you are interested in playing the flute or traverso but you don’t how to start, she can guide you acquiring your instrument.
